I got the chance to interview Jess Cunningham, a television personality, actress, mindset guru, and inspiring female entrepreneur on my Your Freedom Podcast.
You may know Jess from her appearance in the Apprentice Series in 2016, and she also went on to be on the Celebrity Big Brother in 2017, but having known Jess now for a couple of years, she is one of those kick-ass girl power women that I actually love.
She has a real passion for helping female entrepreneurs with her recent launch of her Conscious Female Entrepreneurs Club. She really does bring out the best version of yourself and her answer to most people’s success is ‘your mindset’. She is a mindset guru. She has helped me with coping and managing anxiety in the past.
Because we share the same passion for helping women, I became a Master in the Conscious Female Entrepreneur Membership Program and I will be delivering Amazon and Etsy training.
Having her as my guest in my podcast is really amazing. We talked about thriving in entrepreneurship and finding the real you. She shares how vital it is to overcome one’s trauma and to rise above the circumstances of life in order to appreciate the beauty it has to offer.
She started engaging in business at the age of 16 and has been on a lot of challenging journeys, trauma and yet she learned a lot from her mistakes and experiences that shaped her to be who she is now.
Actually, the time that I feel so alive is when I am doing business, when I’m working, when I’m focused, whereas when I came on TV, I think I was just chasing this fame, this validation. I lost my weight massively and then it was only really when we had a tragedy in the family that I was brought back down to reality.
So ‘what the hell am I doing?’ And just kind of started finding myself more – the true Jess who’s an entrepreneur, the true Jess who gets stuck into business, gets into work, and as well as the mother, not this TV stuff and chasing fame. – Jess Cunningham
